Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Autism Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a charitable service in West Malling, Kent, providing high‑quality care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will help service users develop independence while supporting their daily living and community participation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and travel escorts.
• Teach and reinforce independent life skills.
• Support access to community‑based activities including college, swimming, work placements and leisure outings.
• Work flexible shifts, covering days, nights and sleep‑ins as required.
