Support Worker – Part‑time Care Role for Young People

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Maidstone, providing person‑centred care to young people with learning difficulties, ADHD, autism or complex health needs. The role is part‑time, flexible and may involve supporting individuals in a family home or in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support daily living activities.
• Provide complex care interventions and monitor health needs.
• Promote independence, emotional well‑being and safety.
• Facilitate social and community activities, including school term‑time support.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Required profile

• Previous care experience preferred; complex care experience desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and a caring, reliable nature.
• Willingness to undertake specialist training.
