Support Worker – Part‑time (Stonehouse)

About the role

Aspire Living is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join its Stonehouse team on a part‑time, relief basis. You will work directly with adults who have learning disabilities, helping them achieve personal goals and live independently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal, emotional and practical support tailored to each individual.
• Assist with skill development, daily living tasks, and community participation.
• Support planning and management of home life, leisure activities, employment, and travel.
• Work flexibly in the person’s own home or in community settings.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver person‑centred care and uphold Aspire Living’s values.
