Support Worker – Part‑time (Sunderland)

About the role
Join our Sunderland team to support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will help service users develop independence, confidence and personal effectiveness while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care, hygiene and daily living tasks.
- Support development of social skills, relationships and community participation.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
- Guide users in claiming benefits, budgeting and managing personal finances.
- Administer and monitor prescribed medication as required.
Required profile
- Warm, caring and compassionate attitude.
- Commitment to empowering people to live independent, fulfilling lives.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
