Support Worker – Residential Care (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and proactive Support Workers to join a well‑established residential care provider in Redhill. In this full‑time position you will help adults live fulfilling, independent lives while providing daily reassurance and encouragement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents in hobbies, community outings and goal achievement.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families and the wider care team.
• Administer or support medication following training and procedures.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Genuine desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Previous experience in adult social care, residential care or a similar support role.
• Patient, empathetic and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development.
• Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
