Support Worker – Residential Care (Warrington)

About the role

We are seeking respectful, warm and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Warrington service, which comprises six flats supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs. You will help people lead fulfilling lives, maintain tenancies and achieve personal goals while enjoying community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to service users.
• Work on a rota system, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Support individuals in leisure activities such as discos, swimming, cinema outings and day trips to nearby towns.
• Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
• Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks.
• Act as a Key Worker, assisting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions.

Required profile

• Respectful, warm and enthusiastic attitude.
• Commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Desire to develop within the health and social care sector.
