Support Worker – Residential Service (Evesham)

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our residential home in Evesham. You will help adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible while enjoying a range of activities and community outings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care, medication support and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Encourage choice, independence and participation in hobbies such as horse riding, swimming, arts and crafts.
- Prepare meals, maintain household routines and support clean‑up.
- Facilitate access to community services, appointments and outings using the service vehicle.
- Build positive relationships and promote wellbeing for each resident.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, caring attitude with a commitment to the values of Heart of England Mencap.
- Previous care or support experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Full driving licence is an advantage for vehicle use.
Required skills
- Full driving licence (advantage).
- Ability to administer medication (training provided).
