About the role
We are looking for a Support Worker to join a special needs school in Kingston upon Thames. You will assist pupils with daily living activities both in the classroom and within the community, helping them engage fully in school life.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils in day‑to‑day living activities, including use of community resources.
- Encourage and assist pupils during classroom lessons and social activities.
- Facilitate connections with families and friends, supporting social integration.
- Work as part of a class team, providing direct support within the classroom environment.
Required profile
- Experience in a support role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames.
- Available to work Monday‑Thursday during term time.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality support.
