Support Worker – Temporary to Permanent (Crewe)

About the role

We are looking for two dedicated Support Workers to join our Crewe service on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. You will work directly with individuals who have autism and mental health needs, helping them achieve greater independence and a higher quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for service users, encouraging personal development and independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and personal care.
• Support individuals during waking night and sleep‑in shifts as required.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person‑centred environment.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Caring, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with vulnerable adults.
• Relevant training or practical experience in health and social care.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to prepare traditional English meals.
