Supported Living Manager (Adults with Learning Disabilities)

About the role

The Supported Living Manager will lead a team delivering person‑centred care for adults with learning and physical disabilities across four nearby locations. You will ensure high‑quality, independent living support while fostering a safe, enriching environment for service users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems and processes that drive quality and compliance.
• Audit care documentation regularly to ensure it reflects individual needs.
• Manage safeguarding issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate re‑assessments and contract updates when care needs change.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow and improve the service.
• Deputise for the Complex Care Manager during absences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Deputy Manager, Supported Living Manager or Service Manager in a regulated care setting.
• Strong commitment to person‑centred support for people with learning and physical disabilities.
• Relevant qualification such as QCF Level 5 in Leadership of Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
