Supported Living Service Manager – Adults with Learning Disabilities

About the role

Thendon Resourcing is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with learning and physical disabilities. The role involves overseeing four sites within a 10‑mile radius of the office, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care that enables service users to live fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve service systems and processes.
• Audit care documentation to guarantee it reflects each individual's current needs.
• Manage safeguarding issues and ensure timely re‑assessments when care needs change.
• Lead and support the care team to deliver consistent, high‑quality support.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow and develop the service.
• Deputise for the Complex Care Manager during absences.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Supported Living Manager or Service Manager in a regulated care setting.
• Demonstrated passion for person‑centred support for people with learning or physical disabilities.
• Relevant qualifications such as a QCF Level 5 in Leadership of Social Care (or equivalent).
