Surfacing Supervisor - Oxfordshire & Bedfordshire

About the role

Breedon Group is seeking an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to lead asphalt surfacing projects across Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while supporting the development of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict health, safety and environmental standards on all sites.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate surfacing activities in line with project specifications.
• Allocate and manage labour, materials and equipment efficiently.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide crew members to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the surfacing or asphalt industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proactive approach to safety risk identification and mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Valid CSCS card and a full driving licence.
