Surveying Services Manager

About the role

The National Surveying Services Unit of a leading loss adjusting practice is seeking a Surveying Services Manager for the South of England. The role is home‑based and involves leading a team of 6‑9 surveyors who handle domestic, commercial and private client losses while working closely with quality property adjusters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6‑9 Surveyors across the South region.
• Oversee technical and operational management of survey activities.
• Manage a small, challenging caseload of the most complex loss adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director and quality property adjusters.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• MRICS qualified in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.
• Minimum five years’ experience in loss adjusting.
• Ability to mentor graduate surveyors.
• Residency within the South of England.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
