Sustainability Manager

About the role

The UK and EMEA Sustainability Manager will drive the implementation of a global premium drinks company’s sustainability strategy across the region. You will coordinate wellbeing initiatives, manage budgets, and act as a catalyst for environmental and social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate the sustainability ambition across EMEA, defining the yearly roadmap and supporting local sustainability champions.
• Raise internal awareness of sustainability and lead the Sustainability Committee for events such as International Women’s Day, Earth Day, and Neurodiversity Inclusion.
• Engage suppliers to reduce environmental footprints, manage supplier sustainability data, and track impact.
• Oversee carbon‑footprint data collection, tool management, decarbonisation trajectory building, and related project deliverables.
• Manage the annual sustainability and wellbeing budget and oversee four social‑impact programmes.
• Collaborate with HR on the DE&I roadmap, employee wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
• Deliver sustainability training across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and proven experience implementing environmental initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective collaboration with diverse teams and strong stakeholder communication.
