Sustainable Investing Research Analyst

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Sustainable Investing Research Analyst to deliver high‑quality ESG research and insights across company, sector, thematic and market levels. You will support investment teams in integrating sustainability considerations into portfolio decisions and contribute to the firm’s stewardship activities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce sustainable research, maintain ESG scoring models and frameworks.
• Assist investment teams with sustainability integration and portfolio reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support issuer engagement.
• Enhance research methodologies, data quality and reporting workflows.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability dialogues and communications.
• Collaborate with global stewardship functions to share best practices.
• Provide client‑facing sustainability insights and reporting aligned with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering recurring sustainable research and project‑based analysis.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end research workflows and synthesize findings.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with investment, stewardship and product teams.
• Strong understanding of ESG tools, models, datasets and documentation.
• Experience supporting sustainable engagements with corporates, investors and industry groups.
