Sustainment Officer

About the role

Join Clarion Housing as a Sustainment Officer and help individuals and families maintain safe, stable homes. Working from our Plymouth office and travelling across the South West, you will provide person‑centred support to prevent evictions and promote long‑term tenancy stability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex tenancy cases with compassion and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver timely support.
• Gather essential information, maintain clear records, and monitor progress.
• Conduct site visits across the Southwest region, including Bristol, Exeter, Mid Devon, South Gloucestershire, South Hams, South Somerset and Teignbridge.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable housing solutions and community resilience.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping vulnerable people.
• Experience supporting individuals or families in challenging situations.
• Strong knowledge of social housing and tenancy sustainment.
• Confidence building positive partnerships with external agencies.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to travel within the region.
