Swedish speaking Finance Graduate Client Service Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Swedish‑speaking Finance Graduate to join a leading financial services firm in Canary Wharf. The role provides front‑line client service and administrative support to the Swedish sales team, helping to grow and maintain the company’s Swedish client base.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and verify client information to open new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking‑sector clients.
• Collaborate with the Sweden sales team and investment advisors to manage daily workload.
• Ensure client reports are accurate, timely, and processed efficiently.
• Provide administrative assistance and support to the wider sales operation.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Motivated to deliver high‑quality client service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree in finance, banking, economics or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in client or customer service within financial services is a plus.
