About the role
We are looking for a passionate Swim Instructor to join our club in Balerno, Scotland. You will coach and inspire members of all ages, delivering one‑to‑one and group swimming sessions that help them achieve their personal goals.
Key responsibilities
- Engage, coach and motivate swimmers of all ages.
- Deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one and group swimming lessons.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for members.
Required profile
- Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering great member experiences.
