Swim Instructor – Teach All Ages

About the role

As a Swim Instructor at David Lloyd Clubs you will coach and inspire members of all ages, delivering both one‑to‑one and group swimming sessions. You will help participants achieve their swimming goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver swimming lessons for individuals, groups, parents and babies.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to improve technique.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming pool area in line with club standards.
• Engage with members to create a high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• Qualified to teach parent and baby classes.
• Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passionate about health and fitness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering great experiences.
