Swimming Instructor (Self-Employed)

About the role

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking enthusiastic self‑employed swimming instructors to join its Sidcup location. You will work directly with members of all ages, delivering one‑to‑one and group swim sessions that help them achieve their personal water‑confidence and fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and evaluate individual and group swimming lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback and motivate participants to improve technique.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming pool environment.
• Track attendance and progress of members.
• Collaborate with club staff to promote health‑and‑wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or an equivalent certification.
• Passion for health, fitness and water safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to deliver high‑quality member experiences.
