System Revenue Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a technically driven professional with a development background to lead the design and delivery of our revenue operations system. The role is based near Eastbourne and requires on‑site presence to ensure smooth execution of a critical CRM migration and the creation of a repeatable, technology‑enabled revenue process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a CRM migration, for example from Salesforce to Close, ensuring data integrity and on‑time completion.
• Design, implement and manage the lead funnel, pipeline stages and reporting to provide a clear view of revenue.
• Build and operate lead scoring and enrichment processes that prioritize high‑value opportunities.
• Maintain data quality, structure and provenance in collaboration with operations and data teams.
• Architect a scalable system that turns the revenue methodology into a repeatable capability.
• Develop workflows, automation and scoring mechanisms to make business development consistent.
• Document all processes and blueprints alongside the Sales Operations Coordinator.
• Use outcome data for continuous improvement of the system.

Required profile

• Technically driven with a solid development background.
• Proven experience in CRM migrations and data management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to design system architecture.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Eastbourne (parking available).
