Systems Administrator – Tramps & P2P

About the role

Colliers is seeking a highly organised Systems Administrator to manage its Tramps property management system and Proactis P2P platform. The role sits at the intersection of Property Management and Finance, ensuring data accuracy, smooth system operation, and high‑quality service for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Tramps and Proactis P2P, including user access, system performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Oversee lease data management – rent reviews, expiries, updates and integration from Lease Factory.
• Support data uploads, bulk migrations and onboarding of new clients and properties.
• Handle purchase order and invoice queries, assisting Accounts Payable processes.
• Produce regular reports on lease charges, system performance and financial processes.
• Collaborate with Credit Control, Treasury and Property Management teams to resolve queries.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems administration, preferably within property management or finance.
• Working knowledge of Tramps and/or Proactis P2P (or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of data management and related processes.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
