Systems Analyst – Lead Bromcom Rollout in Education Trust

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to drive the digital transformation of our newly merged Multi‑Academy Trust. You will lead the rollout of the Bromcom Management Information System across 11 schools, establishing a single source of truth for thousands of students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the Bromcom rollout: gather requirements, cleanse data, provide go‑live support and train school staff.
• Design and maintain semantic data models in Power BI to enable Trust‑wide insights.
• Audit the existing software landscape with the Data & Information Manager, removing silos and ensuring seamless system integration.
• Own system governance, including maintenance, user‑access control and compliance with the Trust’s digital strategy.
• Act as the liaison between central IT and school teams, translating technical concepts into practical guidance.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy problem solver with strong people skills.
• Experience working with complex systems, preferably MIS platforms such as Bromcom.
• Proven ability to manage projects and support teams through change.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for children and education staff.
