Systems Support Administrator – Hybrid (London)

About the role

ONNEC Group is seeking a Systems Support Administrator to maintain and enhance a suite of critical business applications. Working hybrid from our London office, you will be the first point of contact for system users, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for Intact, Sage, Crystal Reports, PeopleHR and RDE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, maintaining data integrity.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, training and user access management.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on system‑related projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Systems Support or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
