Talent Acquisition Advisor (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration in Guildford with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles.
• Maintain vacancy data and progress within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
• Build and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and support early‑career hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using an ATS.

What we offer
