Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. Working in a hybrid setting from Croydon, you will play a central part in attracting high‑calibre candidates for roles within the Government and Public Sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using innovative recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from job description drafting to interview coordination and feedback delivery.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and produce reports to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Government or Public Sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable adjusting strategies to evolving business needs.
