Talent Acquisition Advisor – Recruitment Lead

About the role

Join Trinny London’s People Team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and own end‑to‑end recruitment for both headquarters and retail functions. You will shape the talent pipeline that fuels the brand’s rapid growth across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from briefing to offer management for HQ and retail roles.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future‑facing positions.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, competitor activity, and advisory support on interview best practices and inclusive hiring.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to report on time‑to‑hire, sourcing effectiveness and talent trends.
• Drive talent acquisition projects aimed at improving process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
