Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Clear is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Bromley on a full-time basis. The role covers sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process and supporting the business's resourcing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead social media content for all internal recruitment communications and work with the marketing supply chain on talent acquisition content
• Proactively source candidates through social media, advertising and networking events
• Coordinate and manage interviews through to onboarding, including first-stage interviews and promotion of Clear Engineering
• Assist the directors with resourcing planning and gap analysis
• Review and develop job descriptions, design interview questions and assessment criteria
• Develop long-term recruiting strategies for experienced hires in core markets and manage the talent acquisition supply chain
• Carry out market research on staff rewards and remuneration

Required profile

• Talent acquisition and/or recruitment experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience writing adverts and marketing content
