Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Head of Talent Acquisition in Central London. The role ensures a seamless hiring journey from interview scheduling to onboarding, working within a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage complex diaries and schedules to keep hiring activity efficient.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external partners to keep recruitment campaigns on track.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and support reporting.
• Coordinate offer documentation, pre‑employment checks and onboarding activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment coordination processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a talent acquisition, coordination or administrative role within financial services.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of tasks and anticipation of issues.

Required skills

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days remote).
• 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Competitive salary £55,000‑£65,000 per year.
