Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The role is based in Fareham and operates on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Conduct initial CV screenings, right‑to‑work checks and collect references.
• Maintain and update the candidate tracker and draft clear job adverts.
• Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts.
• Provide recruitment updates to senior leadership and follow the recruitment strategy.
• Assist with job descriptions, new‑starter checklists and related documentation.
• Build relationships with recruiters, educational institutions and represent the company at career fairs.
• Conduct inductions and organise equipment for new starters across offices.
• Suggest improvements to social media campaigns and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of UK recruitment processes and employment practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• HR or recruitment certification is a plus but not essential.

• Annual salary £32,000 plus a 10 % performance bonus.
