Talent Acquisition Manager – Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function for a fast‑growing international organisation. Based in Slough, you will shape and execute the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a best‑in‑class hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruitment specialists.
• Partner with senior business leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Design and maintain talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Provide market insight and recruitment expertise to support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and Reward teams to keep attraction strategies competitive.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with legislation and best practice.
• Monitor performance, deliver recruitment projects and drive continuous improvement of candidate and stakeholder experience.

Required profile

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR leadership.
• Proven track record of managing high‑performing recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, cost‑effective recruitment solutions.
