Talent Acquisition Manager – Recruitment Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a leading FMCG client near Warrington to find a Talent Acquisition Manager who will drive end‑to‑end recruitment across the UK. This fast‑paced position offers the chance to shape hiring strategy during a period of strong growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for junior to senior roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to define staffing priorities.
• Design and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Partner with external agencies for specialised hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews, pre‑screening and participate in selection panels.
• Support line managers with recruitment planning and training.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Background in internal recruitment or agency work, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
