Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Manager

About the role

Formula E is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a fast‑growing, globally recognised motorsport brand. You will partner directly with senior leaders to attract diverse talent and support the company’s ambitious growth and sustainability agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment: create inclusive job ads, source candidates, manage structured interviews and negotiate offers.
• Lead senior and executive searches, providing strategic support to the People Director and Chief People Officer.
• Develop and continuously improve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with Marketing.
• Coordinate interview logistics across multiple time zones and maintain real‑time updates in the Teamtailor ATS.
• Manage contractor onboarding, ensuring IR35 compliance and close partnership with Legal.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and monitor diversity metrics to refine sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a lean team, ready to own a standalone function.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, able to advise and influence hiring managers and senior leadership.
• High resilience and accountability, delivering quality results under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010 and IR35 regulations.
