Talent Acquisition Partner – Commercial & Corporate Functions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our collaborative TA team in Uxbridge. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce across Commercial and Corporate functions by attracting, selecting and hiring both internal and external talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Provide hiring managers with expert advice on attraction strategy, assessment methods, salary guidance and diversity hiring.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic talent guidance and improve recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, social media, professional networks and employee referrals.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, produce regular metrics reports and ensure proper use of the ATS.
• Handle offer communication and negotiation in partnership with rewards, business partners and hiring managers.
• Execute local employer brand activation plans and support early‑careers recruitment programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an in‑house Talent Acquisition Partner, handling a range of functions and high‑volume roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to support hiring managers at all seniority levels.
• Team‑player with a flexible, confident approach and the ability to prioritize workload.
• Passion for diversity and inclusion and ideas to embed best practices in recruitment.
• Proactive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing using job boards.
