About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring for EMEA go‑to‑market sales roles. You will work in a hybrid setting, partnering with sales leaders and People Partners to attract diverse, high‑performing talent.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for EMEA sales positions, delivering an inclusive candidate experience and on‑brand job adverts.
- Proactively source and engage high‑calibre sales talent, building strategic pipelines across priority segments using data‑driven approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, co‑creating hiring plans and coaching hiring teams on structured, inclusive assessments.
- Provide market intelligence and funnel analytics to remove bottlenecks and inform hiring decisions.
- Translate territory coverage needs into hiring plans, mapping talent pools and maintaining proactive pipelines.
Required profile
- Senior talent acquisition experience recruiting sales roles within EMEA, especially go‑to‑market positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills with senior sales leaders.
- Excellent sourcing and networking capabilities to identify and engage top sales talent.
- Deep understanding of sales profiles, quotas, sales cycles, and regional labour markets.
