Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

FINN Partners is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join its UK team. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple EMEA business units, partnering with hiring managers and PR/marketing stakeholders to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job titles, descriptions and locations.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across all career levels.
• Obtain requisition approvals, manage compensation budgets and launch recruitment processes.
• Write and publish job advertisements.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment: source passive talent, screen applications, coordinate interviews, gather assessments and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline in the ATS.
• Draft offer letters and employment contracts for HR review.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Document referrals in line with the employee referral bonus program.
• Stay updated on EMEA employment laws, recruitment trends and industry news.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in public relations, marketing agencies or similar service industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Fluent business‑level English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Strong attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem‑solving abilities.
