Talent Acquisition Planner – Recruitment & Sourcing

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Planner to join our People Services team in Worcester. The role combines direct sourcing, vacancy management and administrative support for our Affordable Housing business, working both from home and the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specific business areas.
• Manage vacancies from job creation to offer, liaising with hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screening and produce qualified long‑lists of candidates.
• Coordinate vacancy campaigns using social media and job site platforms.
• Collaborate with the Central Talent Team to ensure timely progression of roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a recruitment administration role (agency or in‑house).
• Experience using direct sourcing techniques such as database sourcing and recruitment advertising.
• Background in coordinating volume recruitment campaigns.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media marketing platforms.
• Ability to advise managers on recruitment‑related matters.
