Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fixed‑term (12‑month maternity cover)

About the role

Nutreco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. You will support end‑to‑end recruitment across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK sites in Ashbourne and Belfast, while also assisting other markets as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain talent pipelines and provide data‑driven recruitment insights.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and diversity hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
• Ability to work independently and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
