Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across multiple geographies. Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners you will design and execute hiring strategies that deliver high‑quality talent while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for diverse functions and levels, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, market insights and best‑practice hiring processes.
• Communicate clearly and inclusively with candidates and stakeholders throughout each recruitment stage.
• Apply DE&I principles to job design, sourcing and candidate evaluation.
• Utilise recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, Eightfold) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) to maintain pipelines and track activity.
• Support structured assessments, interviews and decision‑making aligned with hiring criteria.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand, People Operations and the wider TA team on recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and propose small‑scale process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end (360) recruitment processes independently, preferably for Tech, Product or Data roles.
• Track record of delivering quality hires while handling multiple open positions.
• Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and influence outcomes through clear communication and problem‑solving.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
