Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You will be central to delivering our hiring plans for an energy trading company, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner closely with hiring managers across diverse business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and stakeholders to define role requirements and craft compelling job briefs.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: strategic sourcing, outreach, screening, assessment coordination, interviewing, debriefs and offers.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, schedule interviews, keep candidates informed and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high‑quality, compliant data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and pipeline conversion.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven in‑house full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to recruit across various functions including core business, finance, operations, trading, risk, technology and more.
• Strong stakeholder management and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline sourcing and screening.
• Data‑driven mindset to prioritize work, report progress and refine processes.
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence hiring decisions.
