Talent Acquisition Specialist – London

About the role

Fresha is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People & Talent team in London. You will work closely with the Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to deliver a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates for technical and non‑technical roles worldwide.
• Craft personalised outreach to attract passive talent and convert them into applicants.
• Screen applications, conduct initial calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support scheduling and recruitment operations.
• Contribute to broader talent initiatives such as employer branding, candidate experience and hiring events.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) in a fast‑paced environment.
• Early‑career professional who thrives in high‑growth settings.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with ownership from day one.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
