Talent Acquisition Specialist – Retail

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Retail, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for ELEMIS’s retail and spa teams across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with retail leadership, HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will build talent pipelines, run hiring campaigns and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions such as Therapists, Counter Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Run “always‑on” hiring campaigns to maintain qualified talent pipelines.
• Track and report on key metrics and service‑level agreements, using data to optimise delivery.
• Provide a high‑touch candidate and stakeholder experience aligned with brand values.
• Implement talent assessment frameworks to support data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Promote talent development pathways and support employee progression within ELEMIS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People Team to align recruitment with strategic workforce plans.
• Maintain relationships with education and career partners, including beauty colleges and The Kings Trust.
• Utilise the Pinpoint Applicant Tracking System to manage records and ensure compliance.
• Lead talent projects such as system integrations, employer branding and early‑career initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting for luxury or retail environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience monitoring recruitment metrics.
• Passion for talent development and early‑career programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Pinpoint Applicant Tracking System.
