Talent Coordinator – Quantitative Hedge Fund

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join a leading quantitative hedge fund in London. The role will transition from an agency setting to an in‑house recruitment function, giving you the chance to build long‑term relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interview logistics across multiple hiring processes, ensuring a seamless, white‑glove experience for candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Keep recruitment systems and candidate data accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date.
• Provide high‑quality communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Assist with early‑career and campus recruitment initiatives, including university engagement.
• Represent the organisation at career events and external recruitment activities.
• Support projects that improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Talent team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search, machine learning, or software engineering hiring.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates, delivering a positive experience.
• Data‑driven mindset for analysing sourcing metrics and optimizing efforts.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented.
• Interest in campus recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.
