Talent Investor – Sourcing & Advising Founders

About the role

Entrepreneurs First is looking for a Talent Investor to join its London office. The role focuses on identifying high‑potential prospective founders, guiding them through company formation and fundraising, and shaping investment decisions for the firm across Europe and the United States. The position is based on‑site with regular travel to San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate exceptional prospective founders for potential programmes.
• Provide advisory support throughout company formation and early‑stage fundraising.
• Influence Entrepreneurs First investment decisions in Europe and the United States.
• Maintain a strong network within the startup ecosystem to generate deal flow.
• Travel periodically to San Francisco to collaborate with the US team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent‑investing, venture capital, or early‑stage startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to assess founder potential and guide early‑stage companies.
• Strong analytical mindset and sound judgment on investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple geographies.
