Talent Operations
conduct · London
Job description
About the role
You'll own the entire employee experience at Conduct, from the moment an offer is signed through onboarding, day‑to‑day operations and off‑boarding. In a fast‑scaling environment you will ensure the people infrastructure keeps pace without the feel of a large corporation.
Key responsibilities
- Own all People Operations functions, including benefits administration, visa and right‑to‑work processes, policy documentation and compliance.
- Manage our HRIS and payroll platforms, keeping employee data accurate, up‑to‑date and audit‑ready.
- Run a seamless onboarding experience for every new joiner and ensure thoughtful off‑boarding.
- Continuously improve and automate people processes, turning manual repetitive tasks into scalable solutions.
- Support the broader team with ad‑hoc requests, internal communications and employee‑experience initiatives.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in People Operations, HR or an administrative role, preferably at a fast‑growing tech startup.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage competing priorities without letting anything slip.
- Proactive builder mindset: constantly looking for ways to make processes faster, cleaner and more scalable.
- Strong communicator comfortable interacting with everyone from new graduates to senior founders.
