Talent Partner

About the role

Beyonk is looking for a Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment across the UK and US teams. Working from our London office two days a week, you will shape the hiring process from the ground up, using AI‑driven tools and Notion to create a lean, effective system.

Key responsibilities

• Run live roles from intake to offer across all functions, partnering with hiring managers in the UK and Austin, US.
• Source proactively, building talent pools and employer brand to attract candidates who may not apply to ads.
• Design and implement the recruitment process, including ATS setup, scorecards, interview kits, and AI‑first workflows in Notion.
• Own candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression for every applicant.
• Maintain hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and pipeline diversity.
• Collaborate with operations on onboarding and broader people projects.

Required profile

• 18 months to 4 years of experience in recruitment, either in‑house or agency.
• Comfortable working with both UK and US hiring managers and adjusting to occasional US‑hour overlap.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to improve processes continuously.
