About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our London team. In this senior role you will partner with operational leaders to shape recruitment strategy and deliver a high‑volume hiring programme while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior operational leaders to define current and future hiring needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of operational and business support positions.
• Manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns without compromising quality.
• Develop innovative attraction strategies and maintain talent pipelines for critical areas.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve performance.
• Drive employer‑brand initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and succession.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, technology and ways of working.

Required profile

• Significant in‑house Talent Acquisition or Talent Partner experience.
• Proven track record of high‑volume recruitment in an operational or customer‑facing environment.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent‑mapping capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Commercially focused, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
