Tamil Speaking Relief Extra Care Support Worker

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Tamil‑speaking Relief Extra Care Support Workers. You will provide person‑centred assistance to older adults, including Tamil‑speaking service users, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with domestic tasks and encourage participation in community activities.
• Support individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities.
• Work flexibly on a roster that includes evenings.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Required profile

• Fluent in Tamil and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Calm, resourceful, energetic and motivated to support older people.
• Committed to delivering high‑quality, culturally sensitive care.
• Willing to undertake a full induction and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Positive communication and engagement.
• Ability to provide holistic support covering mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
