About the role
Join a family‑run accounting practice with over 100 years of history, delivering tax services to a diverse client base across Cumbria. You will work directly with clients, providing expert advice on tax compliance and planning while enjoying the possibility of a four‑day work week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive tax compliance and planning advice.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and deliver commercial solutions.
- Maintain high service standards and build strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant with practice experience in taxation (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑facing attitude.
- Ambition to progress towards directorship.
