Tax Assistant – Personal & Corporate Tax Support

About the role

Join a dynamic tax team delivering a mix of personal and corporate tax services. The role focuses on personal tax compliance, particularly self‑assessment returns, while offering exposure to corporate tax, P11D filings and broader advisory work. You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining technical knowledge and increasing responsibility in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit personal tax self‑assessment returns for clients.
• Assist with corporate tax filings and the preparation of P11D forms.
• Support senior tax advisors on advisory projects and client queries.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Experience in a UK tax practice, primarily in personal tax.
• Strong understanding of self‑assessment and personal tax regulations.
• Knowledge of corporate tax and P11D exposure is advantageous.
• ATT qualification (studying or completed) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
